Midwest Display, Inc. warrants each of the hand-built Displays that they sell as follows:

All materials are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at time of delivery to freight carrier.
The manufacturer's sole responsibility under this limited Warranty is to repair (or at manufacturer's option, replace) on a non-prorated basis. Midwest Display shall not be responsible for any loss of income or profits as a result of any defect in materials or workmanship.
Any Warranty claim must be made by letter within thirty (30) days from date of failure. Repair or replacement shall be made only by Midwest Display or its representatives. Shipping and Labor are not covered by this Warranty.
Acceptance of the merchandise by a freight carrier constitutes delivery by Midwest Display. Midwest Display is not liable for shipment loss, material damage or delivery delays caused by carrier. Bulb damages may be caused by rough handling or trailer vibration. All purchased items should be tested and inspected immediately upon delivery for any defects or transit damage.
Claim of any defect in materials or workmanship found on delivery to purchaser must be filed by purchaser with freight carrier. Failure to notify carrier of claims or item rejection within ten (10) days after delivery constitutes acceptance by purchaser.
To maintain Warranty, the purchaser must:
- Use correct, designated electrical power
- Store items in covered area when not in use
- Keep items from neglect or misuse
The Warranty supersedes any other Warranty expressed or implied.
Midwest Display does not warrant:
- Light Bulb burnout
- Electrical shorts from misuse
- Purchaser or installer damage
- Damage from weather elements
Midwest Display will not be financially liable for cost of installation or shipping.
All OEM Manufacturers Warranties for lamps, wiring and timers are still in force as listed.
