Several single and multi-year Leases are available. Participation in a lease with Midwest is an option. Leased Parks can be set-up by the Lessee with Midwest providing training or we can do the entire set-up for you. You will also have the option to trade out a percentage of displays each year to keep your park fresh and to market new items yearly. Below are the Lease/Purchase options available.
- Turnkey Leases involve design, marketing, sponsorship assistance, shipping, set-up, maintenance, teardown and storage of all items. Midwest Display, Inc. works directly with the event host and provides all sevices required in maintaining the displays before, during and after the event. All items are leased on a one to three-year program and are available for buyout at the end of the lease.
- Stardard Leases are available for one to three years and are available for buyout at the end of the lease period. Midwest Display, Inc. will assist with sponsorship programs to help fund the event. We provide set-up, maintenance, removal and storage training to assist customer employees on the proper way to perform these functions.
